Shipping takes approximately one week from order date. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters the shipping process. To order by mail, please send the above information and a check for the total amount, including tax, to the address below. Please allow 10 days for the check to clear before shipping. There is a $30.00 fee for checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds. Please email us with any questions on calculating the total.
